Terms and Conditions for “Niche Treasures”

1) Regular Resale/Reprint Rights

The license agreement for regular resale rights are as follows...

  1. You are free to sell the Product at any price you decide and keep 100% of the profits. However, the Suggested Retail Price for selling this product to your customers is $27.00.

  2. You may change the Web site sales letter in any way that you want as long as the copyright information remains intact and you do not misrepresent the product, its offer or its authors.

  3. You MAY NOT change the report itself in any way.

  4. You MAY NOT authorize other people to sell the product.  You cannot grant resale/reprint rights to others.  If your customers want to sell the manual, then they must purchase a license directly from us.  You may sell the product, but not resale/reprint rights.

  5. You MAY NOT market this product in any immoral or unethical manner, including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.

  6. You MUST setup this product for order processing on your own Web page.  Please DO NOT send any of your customers to OUR download location.  Everything must be hosted at your own Web site and orders processed from there. We do not provide instructions for setting your site up. You are totally responsible for customer service.

  7. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.
This constitutes the entire license agreement.  Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion of Michael Holland.

The resale/reprint rights license fee is $47.00.

2) MASTER Resale/Reprint Rights + Customization

No more than 50 MASTER resale/reprint + customization rights licenses are available However, fewer than 50 may ultimately be granted because once the overall total of 300 report copies have been sold, the offer will end permanently.

This license entitles you to (a) Sell the product itself as described in the "resale/reprint rights" license, (b) Sell "resale/reprint rights" licenses, AND (c) customize all the links in the report with your affiliate links.

The fee for the MASTER reprint rights + customization license is $247.00. The terms of this license are...

  1. You are free to sell the Product at any price you decide. However, the Suggested Retail Price for selling this product to your customers without reprint rights is $27.00. With reprint rights, the suggested retail price is $97.

  2. You MAY NOT to sell MASTER resale/reprint + customization rights for this product to others.

  3. You may change the Web site sales letter in any way that you want as long as the copyright information remains intact and you do not misrepresent the product, its offer or its authors.

  4. You MAY NOT change the report itself in any way.
